By purchasing a technology product, including but not limited to a computer, tablet, wearable technology, or other electronic accessories, I certify the following:

• • Personal Use: I am purchasing this product through Lorain County Community College’s Education Purchase Agreement for my personal educational and/or research use. This product is not being purchased for resale purposes.
  • My purchase is nonrefundable and nonreturnable once the product has been removed from its original packaging.
  • I confirm that I have already purchased all required course materials or take full responsibility for obtaining them from a source other than LCCC before making this technology purchase.
  • Student Number Requirement: All technology orders placed through the LCCC website MUST include a valid student number. Orders without this information will be canceled, or the technology items will be removed from the order.
  • Shipping Address Verification: Any technology orders being shipped via UPS must match the shipping address in student records. If the shipping address does not match, the order will be canceled. Contact the Records office to update your information if necessary.
  
  

  Any computer showing signs of defect must be returned to the store within 10 days of receipt.

   

  Return Policy

  • Technology returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and must include the following:
    • The original receipt.
    • Original packaging in intact condition.
    • Approval from the tech personnel.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened items in the following categories cannot be returned:
    • Computers.
    • Software.
    • Electronic accessories.
  • Special Orders: All special order purchases will require a 10% restocking fee if returned, regardless of condition.
