How do I place an online order for books?

If you are a first time user, you must create a user ID. To create your user ID:

  • At checkout, you will be asked to log in.
  • If you haven’t already created a Bookstore login, click on the “Register Here” link at the bottom of the login page.
  • Complete the required information to establish your Bookstore login.

Note: Your Bookstore login is separate from MyCampus or Canvas. Use any email as your username, and set your own password.

  • If you forgot your password, click “Lost your password?” on the login page.

I paid for my books with financial aid and my order was canceled. Why?

If there’s a financial aid issue during order processing, it will be canceled. Please contact Student Financial Aid. For order questions, email [email protected] or call (440)-366-4055.

I’m a financial aid student and it’s asking for an account number. What should I use?

Enter your LCCC student number. Also include the current term code right after your student number at checkout.

How do I check the status of an order?

Log in to your account and click your order number. Here’s what statuses mean:

  • Picking: Your order is being gathered. If stock is limited, we’ll email you about substitutions (e.g., new vs. used).
  • Packed: Your order is complete and ready for pickup. You aren’t charged until it's packed.

How do I cancel an order (or an item)?

When will my order be complete?

Orders usually take 3–5 business days. During rush, expect delays due to volume.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You’ll receive two emails: First confirms receipt (not ready yet). Second confirms it’s ready for pickup. You'll also be notified when back-ordered items arrive.

Where do I pick up my order and what should I bring?

Orders are picked up at the Bookstore’s Customer Service Desk. Bring your student ID or driver’s license. Order confirmation helps but isn’t required.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! Add special instructions (e.g., “my brother is picking up”) in the “Message to Send with Order” field during checkout.
