• Orders ship via UPS Ground for a base fee of $18.50.
• Some large, overweight, or technology purchases may require additional handling and insurance fees, listed on the item’s detail page.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside the continental United States at this time.
• For credit card orders, the shipping address must match the billing address or the address the student has on file with LCCC.

Orders selecting this option are delivered to the respective LCCC campus for pickup at no additional charge. Orders are typically transported to the campuses on Thursdays only. You’ll receive a phone call from the campus when your order is ready. See the Drop-Ship FAQ for details.

Once your order arrives and you receive a phone call, it is held at that location for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, if you have not arranged a pickup time past the holding period, the order is returned to the Bookstore on LCCC’s main campus in Elyria.
