Orders are shipped via UPS Ground for a base fee of $18.50. Some large items/ overweight shipments or technology purchases may require additional fees for handling and insurance which will be listed on the item's detail page.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of the continental United States at this time.

For credit card orders, the shipping address must match the billing address or the address the student has on file with Lorain County Community College.

Orders that select this shipping option will be delivered to the respective LCCC campus to be picked up at no additional charge. Orders are typically transported to the campuses on Thursdays only. You will receive a phone call from the campus when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order arrives at the selected location and you receive a phone call, the order will be held at that location for 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks if you have not given the location a designated time past the holding period the order will be returned to the Bookstore on LCCC's main campus in Elyria.
